Emily Liu

Emily represents emerging and high-growth companies throughout their life cycle, as well as venture capital firms and other institutional investors. Her practice spans general corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, corporate governance, public company offerings, and M&A.

In law school, Emily was an articles editor for the Michigan Technology Law Review. She also worked as a copyright fellow at the University of Michigan’s Center for Academic Innovation and interned at the World Intellectual Property Organization in the Office of the Legal Counsel.
