Emma Frerichs

Emma advises clients through various stages of the business life cycle in matters ranging from corporate governance and venture capital financings to mergers and acquisitions and liquidity events. She represents public and private clients across a wide variety of industries in complex corporate transactions.

Emma received her JD from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, graduating with honors, and her BA from the University of California, where she majored in international development studies.
