About Eric

Eric focuses his practice representing issuers and underwriters in a range of capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, registered direct offerings, PIPEs and ATM offerings. Eric also regularly counsels publicly traded companies on general corporate matters, including SEC reporting and corporate governance. 

Eric assisted with researching and updating the fourth edition of Financial Products: Taxation, Regulation & Design, focusing primarily on the sections related to public offerings and private placements of securities and asset-backed securitizations. During law school, Eric was a member of Cardozo’s Tech Startup Clinic and a notes editor on Cardozo’s Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Eric also served as an intern for the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS). Prior to joining Cooley, Eric was an associate at a New York City law firm, where he primarily advised underwriters and institutional investor clients on registered and unregistered securities offerings.
