Etenish Abebe

Etenish is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice group. She advises clients through various stages of the business life cycle in matters ranging from corporate governance and venture capital financings to mergers and acquisitions.

While attending Boston University School of Law, Etenish served as note editor of the International Law Journal and as a student attorney in the Compliance Policy Clinic. She also held leadership positions in the Black Law Students Association and Women of Color Collaborative.
