Grace Linker

Grace Linker is a senior paralegal in Cooley’s trademark, advertising and copyright practice group. Prior to joining, Grace was the assistant director of the global trademark & brand management practice at Greenberg Traurig, where she assisted her clients monetize and optimize their critical IP assets through trademark prosecution, management and enforcement worldwide, strategic and creative positioning, copyrights and domain name portfolios.

Grace also has wide-ranging experience in TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings and licensing, in addition to assisting clients with global brand expansion and management through strategic filing, protection and enforcement programs. Grace previously worked as a client advisory board member for Corsearch, a member of the leadership and mentoring subcommittees at INTA and a board member of the Irvine Public Schools Foundation.
