About Haley

Haley represents cutting-edge firms involved in all stages of patent litigation. She leverages her electrical engineering background to provide high-quality technical insight to litigation teams. Her prior experience as a consultant supporting expert witnesses informs her practice and makes her an asset during the discovery stage.

In law school, Haley held leadership positions in various organizations, including serving as vice president of the Stanford Intellectual Property Association. She also served as student body president, where she organized community-building events and liaised with school administration for the entire Stanford Law School student body.

Before law school, Haley worked as a consultant in patent litigation disputes, with a focus on cases involving software or firmware technology. An avid soccer player and fan, she was a member of the Princeton University women’s soccer team.
