About Hannah
Hannah represents a variety of clients, including technology companies, in complex business and commercial litigation matters, as well as arbitration. She has experience in computer fraud cases, contract disputes, trade secrets and securities litigation, along with white collar defense and government investigations. Hannah also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before joining Cooley, Hannah served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Philip S. Gutierrez of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
Hannah received her JD from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, where she was awarded the Jerry Pacht and Judith Roedelheimer Pacht Constitutional Law Prize for students who demonstrate excellence in the field of constitutional law throughout their law school career. She also served as co-editor-in-chief of the UCLA Women’s Law Journal and participated in the Civil Rights and Police Accountability Clinic. Before law school, Hannah helped found Beyond English, a social benefit corporation located in Santiago, Chile, dedicated to democratizing access to quality English language instruction.
