About Hannah
Hannah represents companies in complex civil and commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations. She has experience representing clients across a range of industries, including technology and pharmaceuticals. Her litigation experience encompasses nearly all phases of the dispute resolution process – including pre-litigation counseling and dispute resolution, discovery and final arbitration hearings. Hannah also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on family defense proceedings.
Hannah’s recent representations include serving as:
- Claimant’s counsel in an American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration regarding breach of contract and trade secrets
- Defendant’s counsel in a securities class action brought against a pharmaceutical company in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY)
- Counsel for a secured creditor in connection with the Chapter 11 reorganization of a large technology and real estate company
- Plaintiff’s counsel in an action for breach of contract and related claims, brought against a former licensing partner in the SDNY
- Counsel for a secured creditor in connection with a Chapter 11 reorganization in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas
