Harjot Kaur

Harjot practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on emerging and high-growth companies, venture capital funds and public companies. She represents her clients through all stages of the business life cycle. Her practice covers a variety of general corporate and transactional matters – including venture financings, corporate governance, public company offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Harjot served as an editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal and led student organizations, such as the South Asian Law Student Association and the Sikh Student Association. Before law school, Harjot worked on an in-house legal team for a tech company in the Silicon Valley.
