Heather McShea

Heather has a general corporate practice, advising private and public companies of all stages on a variety of corporate matters – including formation, financing activities, mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, securities law compliance and corporate governance. Her practice also includes government contract transactions and regulatory counseling.

Heather is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
