Her team is focused on delivering innovative pricing solutions, effective matter management and analytics to support optimal client service delivery. Irene brings more than 12 years’ experience in Am Law 20 firms with widespread global reach, having worked in the US and the UK. She was most recently the head of strategic pricing at her previous firm, where she focused on leading operations in the Americas. She has directed numerous pricing negotiations for clients in all industries, including Fortune 500 companies. Her extensive background in financial analysis and implementing wide-scale technology solutions has shaped her approach to legal pricing – which is data-driven and innovative.
