About Isabella
Isabella practices general corporate and securities law. She represents private and public companies in a range of industries, as well as investors and underwriters. Her practice includes entity formation and organization, corporate governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, public offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and mergers & acquisitions.
During law school, Isabella served as executive production editor for the UC Law Journal and was a member of the Honor Society, Thurston Society, and Tony Patiño Fellowship. She also participated in the Medical-Legal Partnership for Seniors Clinic and was a judicial extern for Judge Troy L. Nunley of the US District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Before law school, Isabella worked in antibody and cancer cell production for a cancer diagnostic company, and then for several years as a deputy coroner in Sacramento County investigating unexpected deaths.
