Isha focuses her practice on patent litigation matters in federal district court. She handles matters across a range of technologies – including small molecule drugs, biologics, medical devices and more. Her experience extends to all aspects of litigation, from presuit counseling to trial. She has represented clients in venues throughout the US, including California, Delaware and North Carolina, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the US International Trade Commission.
