Ivy Wang

Ivy Wang's practice focuses on cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investment, venture capital financings, foreign direct investment and general corporate. Ivy provides legal services to clients in a broad spectrum of industries including life sciences, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, real estate, information technology, consulting and financial services. Ivy assists international and domestic clients in their investments and operations, and cross border transactions, and also advises on general corporate matters, corporate structuring, employment and other commercial issues involving investments and operations in and outside of China.

Prior to joining Cooley, Ivy was an associate with a leading US law firm.

Ivy is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
