About Jack
Jack covers the nexus of UK and European Union sustainability and product law matters, and he is deeply integrated into Cooley’s US practice, giving him a unique insight into the interactions of international regimes and related sensitivities. He has extensive experience advising global companies spanning a broad range of sectors, with a specific focus on life sciences and technology companies.
Jack regularly works with UK and US public and private companies, helping them navigate their UK and international sustainability reporting obligations, climate-related targets and disclosures, due diligence, and supply chain transparency requirements.
