Jack Whitaker

Jack practices corporate and securities law, representing private and public companies, as well as investors and underwriters. His practice covers a variety of matters – including entity formation, corporate governance, private financings, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions and securities compliance.

Jack earned his JD from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to Judge Michael M. Anello of the US District Court for the Southern District of California. He also served as a member of the San Diego Law Review and president of the Transactional Law Team. During his final semester, Jack was awarded the C. Hugh Friedman Endowed Scholarship for excellence in corporate and securities law.
