James Christopher

James Christopher works with businesses throughout their entire life cycle, in matters ranging from formation and corporate governance to complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and IPOs.

While at Boston University School of Law, James worked as a student advocate in the Startup Law Clinic, where he assisted students from MIT and Boston University with a variety of corporate and transactional matters.
