James Elmer leads the UK/Europe & Asia operational team that provides support and guidance on all local IS activities for Cooley's UK/Europe & Asia offices. He works closely with the rest of the global IS function coordinating on all project planning and delivery, customer focused communications, operational support and maintenance within his localities.
