Jasmine Hsu

Jasmine practices general corporate and securities law, focusing on emerging and high-growth companies. She represents her clients through all stages of the business life cycle in matters including venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, public company offerings and corporate governance.

While in law school, Jasmine participated in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, worked as a teaching assistant for Internet Law, and served as an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law & Innovation. She also interned at Twitch, where she handled a variety of privacy, product and commercial matters. Additionally, Jasmine spent a semester studying at Waseda Law School in Tokyo, Japan.

Before law school, Jasmine worked as a commercial legal and privacy analyst on the in-house legal team at Dropbox.
