Jasmine T. Lee

Jasmine’s practice focuses on education regulatory matters including compliance issues for postsecondary institutions, K-12 schools, and education related companies. She works with companies in the fast-growing edtech space to provide guidance and strategy in navigating complex issues. She also advises clients with accreditation and state authorization.

Prior to joining Cooley, Jasmine worked in the energy regulatory legal space advising clients on matters related to renewables, oil and gas pipelines, and electric power. During law school, Jasmine served as a member of the Student Bar Association in various roles including president and worked with the admissions office on admitted students and diversity initiatives. She also served on the editorial board of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Journal. She is a Rosenbloom Award recipient and Raven Society Award recipient.
