About Jason
Jason Savich advises borrowers, banks and non-bank lenders in a broad range of public and private debt financings, including convertible and high-yield bonds, acquisition financings, secured and unsecured credit facilities and various structured financings.
While at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), Jason was a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and Berkeley Business Law Journal. He authored the student note Monsanto v. Scruggs: The Negative Impact of Patent Exhaustion on Self-Replicating Technology.
Prior to law school, Jason was a researcher in the pharmaceutical department of the University of California, San Francisco.
