About Jennifer
Jennifer’s work focuses on commercial arbitration – US domestic (AAA) and international (ICC, ICDR, LCIA, UNCITRAL) – as well as investment treaty disputes (ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL), and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience covers all phases of arbitration and litigation matters, including case management, legal and factual research, discovery, motion and deposition preparation, cite checking/bluebooking, and trial and arbitration preparation and attendance.
Jennifer also has significant experience with all aspects of preparing international arbitration submissions, including identification, assembly and organization of fact and legal exhibits, witness statements and expert reports, cite checking, and compliance with procedural order guidelines.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in paralegal studies in 2002 from Marywood University, where she won the Barrett Medal for Outstanding Service and Scholarship in the Field of Legal Studies, as well as the Jordan Medal for Excellence in the Social Sciences.
