About Jessica
Jessica Williams works with emerging and established entities to protect their intellectual property. In addition to her work in federal trademark litigation, advising on trademark clearance and prosecution, and protecting marks against infringement, she maintains an extensive pro bono practice.
While at Berkeley Law, Jessica was senior diversity editor of California Law Review and co-editor-in-chief of Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice. She was co-chair of Womxn of Color Collective, served on the board of Law Students of African Descent, and was a student in the East Bay Community Law Center’s Consumer Justice Clinic. Prior to law school, Jessica worked in social justice and communication for non-profit and for-profit organizations.
