Jill Simon concentrates her practice on private and public company compliance matters, including reporting under Sections 13 and 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and state Blue Sky filings.
Her experience also includes a wide range of corporate and securities transactions, including private placements, M&A, venture capital financings and ongoing corporate maintenance and housekeeping matters.
Jill joined Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman in 1986, which was merged into Cooley in 2006.
