About Jimmy
Jimmy’s practice centers on counseling clients regarding transactions related to and protection of intellectual property. Jimmy works with clients to strategically monetize and manage their technology and other IP assets. He prepares commercial agreements, including licensing, service and vendor agreements, as well as nondisclosure agreements, terms of service and internal IP policies. Jimmy also assists entities ranging from emerging companies to industry-leading corporations with large-scale financial transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, financings and public offerings.
Before joining Cooley, Jimmy interned with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and chaired the Intellectual Property Society at Northeastern University School of Law. Before law school, he worked at a medical software company and in the television and film industry.
