About Jingxian
Jingxian Huang’s practice focuses on IPOs and other equity capital markets transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as listing rules and securities regulations compliance.
Before joining Cooley, Jingxian worked as a legal consultant in the Beijing office of another international law firm.
Jingxian is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
