About Jonathan
Jonathan practices general corporate law, advising both public and private companies, as well as investors and underwriters. His practice includes entity formation, corporate governance, private financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities compliance.
Before joining Cooley, Jonathan attended Yale Law School, where he was a features and book reviews editor for the Yale Law Journal. He received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Harvard College.
