About Jonie
Jonie’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions and general corporate and securities matters. She represents private and public companies and investment banks on a variety of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, secondary and follow-on offerings, private placements, direct listings and debt offerings, particularly in the technology and life sciences industries. Jonie also advises public companies on corporate and securities matters, including reporting obligations and corporate governance. Jonie is the partner representative of the Cooley San Francisco Women’s Initiative and a member of the firm’s legal education committee.
