About Jordan
Jordan practices general corporate and securities law, partnering with emerging and high-growth companies to navigate every phase of their life cycle, from formation to successful exits. He also advises venture capital firms, institutional investors and public companies on corporate matters, including venture financings, corporate governance, environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, public offerings, US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
While earning his JD at Berkeley Law, Jordan served as managing editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal, a top publication nationally in the field of corporate law. He gained additional experience as an extern for the UC Berkeley Office of Legal Affairs and as a judicial extern for the US Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California.
Before entering law, Jordan spent nearly a decade conducting orchestras and opera productions across the US and internationally. He also launched music festivals, founded an orchestral program for under-resourced schools in Austin, Texas, and taught music at the collegiate level. A certified sommelier with a soft spot for Central Coast Rhône-style blends, Jordan also enjoys hiking, Dodgers baseball, Texas BBQ and exploring California’s hidden trails.
