Jordan’s practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution, both within the US and internationally. Jordan also assists in the preparation of patentability, freedom-to-operate and invalidity opinions. His areas of technical experience include material science, small-molecule pharmaceuticals, treatment methods, formulations and inorganic compounds.
