About Jordan
Jordan focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He works across a range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences instrumentation, and electrical and computer technology.
At the American University Washington College of Law, Jordan was a member of the Administrative Law Review. He also provided pro bono services to entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations as a student attorney in the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic. Before attending law school, Jordan worked as an emergency management professional, advising healthcare facilities on various emergency management principles to fortify their responses to natural and human-made disasters.
