Joseph J. Kim

Joe practices general corporate and securities law, representing emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of their life cycle, as well as venture capital firms and other institutional investors. His practice covers a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, public company offerings, mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance.

While attending law school, Joe served as a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. He also interned at the Barnes Foundation, where he assisted in nonprofit governance matters. Before law school, Joe taught sixth grade English Language Arts in Springfield, Massachusetts.
