Joseph A. Kroon

Joseph practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds. Joseph represents his clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

Before law school, Joseph was the clinical research coordinator at Brain Health Consultants, where he worked on cutting-edge research studies in psychiatry and neurology. During law school, Joseph was chair of the Healthcare and Biotech Law Society and a member of the Queer Caucus. He also was a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, where he was an articles editor, note contributor, and wrote, edited, and hosted the journal’s podcast.
