Josh Himmelstern

Josh’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions – including domestic and cross-border M&A, strategic investments, and carve out transactions – for public and privately held companies. He has advised clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors.

Before joining Cooley, Josh was an associate in the New York office of a US-based international law firm.
