Julia Boesch's practice focuses on the representation of public company clients in a variety of corporate matters, with an emphasis on SEC reporting and compliance, securities offerings and corporate governance.

Julia advises clients on corporate governance, securities laws matters, disclosure issues and ongoing reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act. She also represents companies in connection with initial and follow-on public offerings, shelf registrations, at-the market offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities.
