
About Julia
Julia Gage practices general corporate and securities law. She represents investors, as well as private and public companies across a wide range of matters. Her practice includes entity-formation, corporate governance, venture capital and other private financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.
During law school, Julia was an executive articles editor for the Law Review Executive Board. She also volunteered her time pro bono for causes ranging from low-income entrepreneurs, to research in aid of an environmental class-action lawsuit. Prior to law school, she worked for a contemporary art gallery in New York.
