About Julian
Julian is a business litigator. He focuses his practice on white-collar investigations, antitrust and securities litigation.
Julian earned his JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. He received multiple CALI Excellence Awards for achieving the highest grade in Antitrust, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Separation of Powers, Jurisprudence, Securities Regulation, and Trusts and Estates. While at USD Law, Julian delivered a presentation – “Investing Apps: Gamifying Education” – before Caroline Crenshaw, a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) commissioner, and Rick Fleming, an SEC investor advocate , detailing the rise of “gamified” investing on apps like Robinhood, along with possible solutions centered on investor education.
In addition, Julian was an active member in mentorship programs through the Student Bar Association and First-Generation Legal Professionals. He externed for US Magistrate Judge Daniel E. Butcher and Judge Thomas J. Whelan, both of the US District Court for the Southern District of California, as well as Judge Kenneth K. Lee of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Julian also is a native Albanian speaker.
