About Kafeel
Kafeel advises a variety of clients in a range of sectors across all areas of employment law (including non-contentious, contentious and advisory) with a particular focus on technology, TMT and life sciences.
Kafeel’s recent experience includes:
- Advising a number of buyer-side clients with respect to the employment aspects of M&A deals and IPOs.
- Advising on a variety of contentious employment disputes including race discrimination, disability discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract, and victimization.
- Providing assistance and support to international clients seeking to establish UK operations in connection with HR related issues.
- Advising on disciplinary/grievances, settlement agreements, redundancy programmes, senior executive exits, TUPE transfers
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of employment contractual documentation including, employment contracts, consultancy agreements, secondment agreements, zero-hour contracts and variation letters.
