Kaitland’s practice encompasses high-stakes commercial disputes, class actions, internal investigations and investigations by the US Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Her corporate clients range from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies representing numerous industries, including life sciences, consumer goods, financial services and software as a service. Kaitland also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing primarily on immigration, LGBTQ+ and reproductive justice matters.

• Defending a consumer electronics company in a class action alleging violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and the US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
