
About Karem
Karem practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on high-growth startups, venture capital funds, and public companies. He represents clients at all stages of the business life cycle, including venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and public company offerings. Karem also advises on day-to-day corporate governance matters.
During law school, Karem received an Edward and Elanor Shattuck Award for his contributions to the USC law school community. Prior to law school, Karem worked at a venture-backed legal tech startup.
