About Katrina

Katrina is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice group. She represents private and public companies through various stages of the business life cycle in matters such as formation, financings, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and public offerings. Katrina works with clients across a wide range of industries, from life sciences, tech and environmental services companies to nonprofit organizations.

While at Boston University School of Law, Katrina served as editor in chief of the American Journal of Law & Medicine. She also established and led Boston University’s chapter of If/When/How, a national reproductive justice nonprofit. Prior to law school, Katrina worked for three years at an educational 501(c)(3) organization.
