About Kelly A.
Kelly is Cooley’s chief diversity officer, and he is responsible for leading the charge to execute on a business strategy and roadmap to embed diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) into every aspect of Cooley’s work and culture.
Kelly has 17 years of experience in consulting, much of which was spent focused on DEI strategy and workforce transformation across a range of industries.
At Cooley, Kelly works closely with the board, DEI Advisory Council, broader diversity committee, diversity, equity & inclusion team, and firm leadership with a mandate to ensure that strategic objectives are being met, including institutionalizing DEI imperatives across the firm.
