Kelly McCormick

Kelly practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds. She represents her clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

Before her legal career, Kelly worked on the legislative staff of the US Senate Committee on the Judiciary.

During law school, Kelly interned in the legal department for a fintech and human resources software company. Kelly also was a member of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project and a board member of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology.
