Kristina Krasnikova

Kristina Krasnikova practices general corporate and securities law. She represents both privately-held and publicly-traded companies across a wide range of matters, including entity formation, corporate governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

While in law school, Kristina interned at PracticePro LLC where she assisted the company in promoting diversity in the legal profession as well as with a variety of corporate needs. Kristina also served as an annual review editor for the Berkeley Law Technology Journal.
