About Kristine

Kristine has a general corporate and securities law practice. She represents emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of the business life cycle, from startups to public companies. Kristine assists clients with a wide range of matters, including company formation, private financings, public offerings, corporate governance, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with matters ranging from eviction assistance to nonprofit counseling.

Before law school, Kristine founded and managed an online clothing store while completing her bachelor’s degree. During law school, Kristine was associate editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and served on the boards of the Business Law Society and the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Student Association. She also was a research assistant for professor Carrie Menkel-Meadow, assisting in matters relating to alternative dispute resolution.
