Laura M. Elliott

Laura helps companies with a wide range of litigation needs both large and small. Her practice includes life sciences contract litigation, class action defense, and privacy and data breach litigation. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings. Laura has worked with companies in a variety of industries including the life sciences, social media, communications and energy.

Laura has also worked on several pro bono matters, including successful representing an unaccompanied minor seeking asylum from El Salvador.

During law school, Laura was editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice.
