About Lauren
Lauren represents clients in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on antitrust litigation, cartel defense and white-collar investigations. Her clients include national trade associations and some of the world’s largest public companies. She has experience in motion practice, trial work and private arbitration. Lauren also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before rejoining Cooley, Lauren was a judicial law clerk for Judge James S. Gwin of the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. While at Harvard Law School, Lauren spent two years as the projects director for the Harvard Law American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) student group and served as an editor for both the Harvard Civil Rights – Civil Liberties Law Review and the Harvard Law & Policy Review.
