Lauren’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation. She handles cases spanning a broad range of technologies – from antibody therapeutics, pharmaceutical formulations and medical devices to computer software, user interface design and video surveillance systems. Lauren has experience with all phases of litigation, including all aspects of discovery, taking and defending depositions, claim construction, expert reports, motions practice, oral argument, and trial. Her practice also includes Hatch-Waxman litigation, cases arising under the abbreviated regulatory pathway for biosimilars (Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act), and post-grant proceedings at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
