Lauren Zeidan

Lauren practices general corporate and securities law, representing private and public companies, as well as investors and underwriters, in a range of industries. Her practice includes entity formation, governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

During law school, Lauren served as president of the Tech & Law Society and editor for the Hastings Law Journal. Lauren also worked as a student associate with the Startup Legal Garage to provide pro bono legal work for startup companies.
