About Lee

Lee focuses his practice on transactional and land use and zoning matters for developers and landowners in jurisdictions throughout Virginia. He represents international, national and regional clients at all stages of the land planning, zoning and development process. Lee has advised major developers and landowners on various complex land use and zoning applications in multiple jurisdictions throughout the region, including rezonings, major site plans and site plan amendments, minor amendments, special exceptions, special use permits, comprehensive plan amendments, and comprehensive sign plans. He also advises clients on complex easement agreements and subdivision and condominium structures.

Lee’s experience includes development matters pertaining to data center campuses, mixed-use developments, industrial developments, residential developments, large planned communities, and car washes. He helps clients navigate the development approval process through representation before local government officials, advisory commissions, planning commissions, boards of supervisors and owners’ associations.

Lee’s recent representative projects/matters include:

  • Compass Datacenters, IAD I campus – 625,000-square-foot data center campus in Loudoun County, Virginia
  • Compass Datacenters, Prince William County Campus I – approximately 884-acre data center campus in Prince William County, Virginia
  • PRP Real Estate Investment Management – approximately 1 million-square-foot data center campus in Prince William County, Virginia
  • Mid-County Industrial Park – 64-acre data center campus in Prince William County, Virginia
  • Wheelock – office and residential development in Fairfax County, Virginia
  • Fleetwood South – 246 single-family detached home development in Loudoun County, Virginia
  • Flagship Carwash – fully enclosed car wash facility in Prince William County, Virginia
